Where can I get a tag?

How do I register a ZAPA TAG?

Registering your tag is straightforward and only takes a minute or two to complete. To register a tag click on the “Register” button which appears on the right hand side of every page of the ZAPA TAG website, including the homepage.

How many more coffees before a free one?

When you view your “Detailed Loyalty Report” you will see a section labelled “Count to earn next free product”. This counts down the number of products you still need to purchase before you get a free one. So, if the offer is 10th coffee free, this will count down from 9 to 1 before the coffee is given free.
   

My tag won't work. What should I do?

Phones need to be held very close to the ZAPA Reader to activate the ZAPA TAG. If your tag still does not work after tapping your phone you may need to get a new tag.

How close do I have to hold my phone to the reader?

Tags can be held at about 2 – 4cms from the reader or tapped against it to be activated.

   

Does the tag affect my phone?

No, the tag does not affect or interfere with your phone in any way. It will not affect your battery, bills or call credit.

   

I’ve lost my ZAPA TAG. What do I do?

If you’ve lost a registered tag, don’t worry! Simply pick up a new tag in your local ZAPA Outlet. Log in to your account on the ZAPA TAG website and add the new tag to your account. Request a transfer of your balances from your old tag to the new one. Unfortunately if your tag was not registered you’ll have to get a new one and start over.

Note: you must register your new tag and transfer your balances from your old tag to your new one before you use it for the first time. It is not possible to transfer points to a tag which has already been tapped.
