Loyalty scheme queries

If you have a query about your points, or a specific loyalty or reward offer, please contact the Merchant whose loyalty scheme it is. ZAPA provides merchants with the technology (the tags and readers) to implement loyalty schemes but does not directly manage the actual programmes and offers.

   

Lost Tags

If you’ve lost a registered tag, don’t worry! Simply pick up a new tag in your local ZAPA Outlet. Log in to your account on the ZAPA TAG website and add the new tag to your account. Request a transfer of your balances from your old tag to the new one. Unfortunately if your tag was not registered you’ll have to get a new one and start over.

Register your tag now if you have not yet done so.
   

Faulty Tags

Phones need to be held very close to or tapped against the ZAPA Reader to activate the ZAPA TAG. If you have a mobile phone with a metal cover you may need to attach your tag to the outside of your phone.

If your tag still does not work after tapping your phone you may need to get a new tag. Simply pick up a new tag in your local ZAPA Outlet, log in to your account on the ZAPA website, register the number of the new tag (add a tag to your account) and request your balances to be transferred from your old tag to the new one.
